DIY MAKEUP APPLICATION
Using the Large Chiseled Shadow Blender brush, load both sides of the brush heavily with a lighter color and blend over entire upper eye lid to set the Eye Perma Stay.
Refer to illustration B1. Using the Chiseled Contour / Blender Duo brush ANGLED end, form an outer angle shape to lift the eye. Start from outer corner of eye and go a little past the crease.
Refer to illustration B2. With the same Chiseled Contour / Blender Duo brush, ANGLED end, follow the natural curvature of the bone, stipple inward toward the nose, to contour. Apply a contouring eye pigment (darker color) above crease or over excess skin, as shown. You should have what looks like a backward 7.
Flip brush to the ROUNDED end, and without any color applied to the brush, smooth over any rough edges using a windshield wiper motion.
EYE LID / Using the Chiseled Shadow Blender brush (for opaque coverage), pat a highlighting eye pigment onto center of the eye lid to give the appearance of a brighter eye.
NOTE: The lighter the color and more opaque the coverage the brighter and more open the eye will be.
UNDER BROW HIGHLIGHTING / Using the Chiseled Contour / Blender Duo brush ROUNDED end, apply a highlighting eye pigment directly under the brow to highlight and add lift to the eye area.
Blending is important for a smooth seamless eye makeup application. Using the Chiseled Contour / Blender Duo brush ROUNDED end, WITHOUT any color applied on the brush, sweep over upper eye lid using a windshield wiper motion to blend and diffuse color application.

Using the Precision Angle Eyeliner brush, dampen brush with water and roll into Cake Eyeliner to make a paste until brush is loaded. Place tip of brush at base of lashes. Apply starting with inner eye lashes and extend to outer lashes. Apply Cake Eyeliner thin at inner corner and thick toward outer corner. To make top lashes appear thicker, apply a thin line on the inner rim of upper lash line.
Using tip of the sharp pencil, apply color to make a 1/4" wedge to outer edge of upper eye lid for a lifted effect. Blend inward, toward the iris with the rounded end of Eye Definer / Smudger Duo brush. Also, apply color in pink waterline of lower eye lid directly above lower lashes to turn up eye lid.
Using Eye Definer / Smudger Duo brush, pointed end, load tip of brush. Apply on upper and lower lids close to the lash line to set Eye Pencil and Cake Eyeliner. When applying pigment underneath the eye ridge and into the lashes, slightly slide the tip of brush back and forth to ensure proper application.
When applying 4-N-1 Tightliner the Eye Definer / Smudger Duo brush allows for two different applications. Either end can be used.
Wet the brush making a thick paste type texture. Place finger on lid and lift up to position the brush into the lash line. Pushing upward, wiggle 4-N-1 Eyes & Lashes to build at the lash base and fill in any hint of bare, pink skin. Can be used wet or dry.
NOTE: Should you want lashes to appear only slightly thicker, use the Definer end (pointed end) of brush.
For thicker and fuller lash appearance, use the Smudger end (round end) of brush.
Apply, to top and bottom of upper lashes. Hold applicator horizontally and slightly jiggle side to side in an upward motion at base of lash line. Apply to lower lashes, holding applicator horizontally and gently touch ends.
Chromatics are a multi-use product. Use as an eye shadow for more dramatic eyes, or to emphasize cheek and brow bones and blush to create a dewy complexion. Also, mix with clear Lip Gloss to create a soft highlight to lips or add to Body Moisturizer to use as an all over glow.
