Due to U.S. Postal Service regulations, orders with P.O. Boxes and FPO addresses must be sent via Priority U.S. Mail. All other packages are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Priority Express Mail is also available by calling 800-346-4599, ext. 5.
If you'd rather have another carrier such as UPS deliver your package, you will need to call us. UPS rates are higher than USPS so there could be additional shipping fees.
We try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In most cases orders are shipped same day or next day, Monday through Friday, with usually a 1 to 3 day delivery. If you need expedited shipping, please call 800-346-4599 ext. 5 during normal business hours for availability, Monday -Friday 11am-4pm.
Special shipping is available for international addresses on certain products.
