We want to define the lip we want, maybe not the lip we have. As we define our lip ... we want, we need to balance it first. Kinda like our eyebrows, they are not twins, they are sisters. Using the sharp end of the Lip Pencil follow the lip line along the side you like most. Then, match the other side to that side. When using the Lip Pencil this will eliminate your lipstick from what is called 'bleeding' outside of your lip line.
