As is the way for many 8-year old girls, her precious dolls were her first clients, she created and practiced and allowed her artistry to develop. Soon, her Mom became her muse, allowing her to explore and create, to understand how to engage with ‘real’ people and to ask hard questions, learning all the time. All of these impressionable experiences prepared Christi for her future in the beauty industry. Soon, the pretending stopped and the real education began for Christi. Passionate about having a true understanding of beauty, she was striving for results from her earliest ventures into the world of makeup. Her grandfather, always joked, “Once Christi gets a hold of someone, A little rouge and paint will make a gal look like what she ain’t.” Christi certainly had the passion to transform and train. Her Mom encouraged her to follow her ambitions and to embrace a true ‘can do’ spirit. Christi then began to build her collateral in all things beauty.
