Definer: Load with Eye Pigment. Apply along the lash lines and outside corners, enhancing or intensifying Eye Pencils and Cake Eyeliner. Add pops of color to accent any shadow pattern.
Smudger: Load with Eye Pigment. Apply over pencil to set waterline. Blend any hard lines. Smoke-out any look.
Load with FlashLash for Tightlining upper lash line. Apply FlashLash to lash base for fullness and volume. Follow with Black Mascara.
