Using the Lip Definer brush, apply and blend Lip Color Overlay. Swipe Lip Definer brush over desired Lip Color Overlay and apply on top of the all-over Lip Color, just in the center pout of the lip giving more plump sexy lips. Follow with Lip Gloss. All Lip Colors can be combined to create new colors.
