Holding the mascara wand horizontally, slightly 'jiggle' from side to side in an upward motion beginning solidly at the base of the lash line. For lower lashes, hold the brush horizontally and gently skin and tip the ends of the lashes. If a more dramatic look is desired, let the first application dry, then reapply.
Tip: If mascara lands on skin, WAIT until it dries to whisk off with cotton swab. Whisking wet mascara will result in a messy smudge.
