And it's always perfect as the illusion of a line conforms exactly to that of the lashes. Coupled with our classic, beautifully balanced black/brown Cake Eyeliner — which literally melts between the lashes — the eyes are opened wide and bright.

4-IN-1 Eyes & Lashes:
Use wet as a Tightliner, with water for long lasting stay.
Use dry to smudge eye area for definition.
Makes lashes look more dense.
Use on both upper and lower lash line.

Wet and load the smudger tip of the Eye Definer / Smudger brush, making a thick paste type texture and simply push upward and wiggle 4-IN-1 Eyes & Lashes from UNDER the top lash line, to build the base and fill in any hint of bare, pink skin. When the pink is eliminated, lashes are restored to child-like resemblance. Use wet or dry to define eyes for a more dramatic look.
