With the #3 Diffuser end (fan) of the Diffuser/Refiner brush, sweep the Brow Diffuser firmly from the beginning of brow to the tail end-point diffusing the entire brow. Use the Brow Diffuser after the Brow Pigment and/or Adda Brow™ have been applied. Sweep until desired lightness has been achieved.
